Chicken Sirloin II Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 egg, beaten

2 teaspoons buttery garlic salt

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil and 2 teaspoons dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

3 tablespoons buttery garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour lemon juice over chicken and sprinkle with basil, oregano, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Sprinkle chicken with buttery garlic salt and paprika. Place chicken in a large roasting dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Top with chicken and salad.
