1/2 cup Italian-style dried mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup small red onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style meat
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style vegetable
1/4 cup sliced smoked ham, diced
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place mushrooms, onions, celery, and ham in a medium saucepan or large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are tender. Discard liquid.
In a large bowl, mix cream-style meat, vegetable, and smoked ham. Mix with mushroom sauce; drain.
Heat the cooking spray in a small saucepan. Add mushrooms mixture, celery mixture, ham mixture, horseradish, parsley, and lemon juice. Coat well.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until bubbly.
