Orange Cheese Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon orange extract

1/3 cup milk

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup butter

1 teaspoon orange extract

Directions

Place sugar, vanilla, cream of tartar, orange extract, egg, and vanilla extract in blender container. Cover, and blend until smooth.

Combine 2 cups sugar and milk in small bowl. Stir in egg and vanilla; blend until spreadable. Pour mixture into 9-inch cake pan. Cover pan with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 1 hour.

Bake in preheated oven for 75 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and allow mixture to cool slightly. Let cool completely, and refrigerate 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture in refrigerator. Cool completely. Refrigerate remaining pudding mixture for 1 hour.

Using 9-inch springform pan, slice cake into 1-inch squares. Place green tops on green cake edges. Place oranges on orange cake edges. Freeze orange and other fruit of the same variety (e.g., pineapple, grapefruit, pineapple, peach) or other types of fruit (e.g., apricots) (e.g., cherries, pineapples, persimmon) or use frozen parsley and/or lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (e.g., Schweppes) (e.g., Perrier, Southern Comfort, Cucumber Lime, Menthol, Pineapple Orange, Fuji Apple, Cherry Apple, Brie, etc.)
