1 cup water
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
In a saucepan bring water and pepper sauce to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, milk, oil, dry mustard, and confectioners' sugar. Reduce heat to medium heat and add chicken treats. Cook almost an hour, stirring occasionally.
The best way to use this sauce is to drizzle it over one slice of Italian bread and spread it over the leftover piece on one slice of pizza. Serve warm or at room temperature and let stand for several hours before serving.
