2 tablespoons olive oil
7 green onions, sliced
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the green onions and saute for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Carefully stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute. Serve hot.
