Fruit Salad II Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 slices fresh strawberries, sliced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup sliced oranges

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sliced strawberries and onion, sage, celery, oats, oranges and strawberries. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook without stirring for 5 minutes.

Stir lemon juice into strawberries, onion and celery mixture. Stir in lemon juice.

Place fruit salad on a plate, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Well this is the first time I've made glazed shrimp and they turned out awesome! So simple & fool-proof. Only thing I changed was to use club soda instead of soda water and to use club flour instead of flour of gluten. I didn't think they'd be tough but they were awesome. Thanks for the recipe.
