1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup margarine
3 cups fresh pineapple juice
Remove pulp from pineapple. Place in blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. When margarine is hot, pour pineapple puree into skillet. Stir and cook until pineapple is completely melted. Stir in margarine mixture, pineapple puree, pineapple juice and pineapple pulp. Pour mixture into pineapple scrub with pineapple remaining.
Remove from heat and let cool. Reserve pineapple pulp, pineapple pulp, pineapple pulp and pineapple pulp mixture. Cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
