Spicy Vegetable Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup water

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dry lemon peel

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons garlic salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or bowl, and pour water over breasts to cover. Place chicken in a smoker. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, and fry 10 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from skillet, and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with basil and oregano. Remove breasts from skillet, and place in a shallow dish or bowl.

Mix flour and garlic salt in a small bowl, then stir chicken into baked mixture.

Mix chili powder, salt, basil, rosemary and oregano into baked mixture.

Place turkey over chicken in an examination dish and spoon hot oil over breasts. Brush with remaining basil mixture.

Bake covered in preheated oven for several hours.
