1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
1 (8 ounce) can tomato pie filling, divided
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Layer 1 sandwich of processed cheese food over cubed tomato. Place second sandwich over top. Fold cheese over meat; refrigerate.
Heat a large skillet or frying pan to medium high heat. Pour in enough mayonnaise to cover meat by 1 inch. Cook 5 minutes, turning once. Release mixture and return meat to skillet or frying pan.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place meat in skillet; cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Transfer to prepared pan. Sprinkle with sliced Swiss cheese. Cover with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with mayonnaise.
