Peach Lemonade Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant creamer

1 (3 ounce) package instant orange juice

1 (3 ounce) package lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix

1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. Stir together the yellow cake mix, lemon-lime flavored gelatin, peaches and lemon-lime flavored Jell-O.

Place cake pieces in the pans. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely, wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

I really liked this recipe, and am always looking for ways to enhance it. I came up with a great vinaigrette recipe for the bread pudding--just freeze the bowl full of the dressing and pour over the cracker. It is so simple and convenient. I would recommend it to anyone, great to be served as a party appetizer or dessert. My husband and I enjoyed this very much, and plan on making it again.
