1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 quart orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 1/2 cups whipped white strawberries, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish and set aside.
Place bottom crust in prepared dish. Place pineapple juice concentrate over pineapple and spread evenly, using the remaining 1/2 cup for holding pieces of fruit.
Mix together butter, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, whipped strawberries, and orange zest. Pour mixture over pineapple and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Place remaining pineapple over bottom crust of pie and place on top of fruit as well.
