1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Slice chicken joints into small pieces and place into a large baking dish. Shake chicken breasts and sprinkle with basil.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 10 minutes. Turn breasts off and keep covered on rack of the oven. While breasts are baking, mix cheese and chicken into a mixing bowl and set aside. Cover breasts and refrigerate until chilled.
In a large mixing bowl, mix chicken and cooked cheese. Cover breasts and store in refrigerator.
When breasts have finished baking, pour another 5 pieces of chicken onto plates. Roll chicken over and sprinkle with cheese. Return chicken pieces to oven and cook it over medium heat for about 1 hour until chicken is in crisp chunks and golden brown.
