Stuffed Chicken Creole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 pound) whole chicken, cut into cubes

1 cup butter

2 tablespoons Creole seasoning

1 teaspoon Creole-style seasoning

1 teaspoon Creole-style salt

1 teaspoon Creole-style seasoning

1 teaspoon Creole-style pepper

1 teaspoon butter

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained

1/4 cup poultry seasoning

1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken pieces in a medium bowl. Melt butter in medium bowl over medium heat. Stir in creole-style seasoning and creole-style seasoning and salt and pepper. Remove chicken from pan.

Pour the creole seasoning mixture into the pan. Mix flour, cornstarch and Creole-style seasoning mixture. Stir lightly.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn chicken pieces over and brown on both sides. Remove wings and pour chicken filling into pan. Spread creole seasoning mixture over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove chicken from pan. Cool, cut into cubes and serve.
