Roast Chicken Pita Pockets Recipe

Ingredients

10 pita pockets

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 (5 ounce) can diced green grapes

1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 pint raisins

3 tablespoons beer

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake pita pockets in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip pita halves and bake another 10 minutes. Repeat with all pita pockets.

Line a horizontal 12x18 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Place pita pockets on pans. Place aluminum foil on tops of pita pockets. Place pita pockets on pans.

Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven or until browned. Flip pita pockets and bake for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve hot or cold.
