2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 ounce) jar loaded Italian sausage cut in half
1 onion, cut into 5 wedges
1 large carrot, cut into 3 wedges
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Italian cream of mushroom soup
1 (11 ounce) can milk
6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Combine the beef and Worcestershire sauce, roll, and place in a 10x15 inch Casserole baking dish; fill baking dish with half of sausage and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce mixture. Place on top of the beef mixture. Seal rims of baking dish with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly and steak is well done. Top with remaining half of sausage and Worcestershire sauce. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake an additional 30 minutes in the oven, or until cheese is bubbly and flavors of Italian soup are achieved. Carefully spread over casserole.
