3 peaches, pitted, sliced
1 lemon, juiced and sliced
1 cup apricot jelly
100 apricots
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup white sugar
3 pounds lemon jell-o
60 chocolate-coated biscuits
Crystallize peaches in food processor or blender, peaches in food processor or blender, peaches in food processor or blender. Pour in lemon juice, lemon zest and apricots. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Cool and squeeze peach preserves in small bowl. Eat leftover peach preserves immediately.
