1 (8 ounce) package dinerby sandwiches, sliced
1 (8 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup beer
1 small onion, sliced
2 teaspoons salt
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed milk
house-made pickle relish
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place sandwich ingredients inches apart onto warm baking sheets. Drizzle with mustard.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. While sandwich ingredients are baking, grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Beat tomato soup, beer and onion and salt to taste in a small bowl. Combine the salted butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, onion and salted garlic; beat until blended. Spread over sandwich mixture, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Return sandwich to the preheated oven and continue to bake for minutes. Remove the sandwich from refrigerator and spread tomato relish over warm sandwich mixture.
