Stuffed Chicken with Ham at Baked Corn Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1 (1 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix

1 cup cooked and cubed chicken breast meat

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix 3 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons flour. Next, mix garlic, basil, cornstarch, oregano, basil, salt and stuffing mix. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie plate. Spread stuffing over the cornstarch mixture. Sprinkle chicken over stuffing. Place stuffed chicken on top of stuffed stuffing. Sprinkle bread over chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Remove chicken from baking oven and drain on paper towels.
