1/2 cup oil for frying
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Italian dressing
In a medium bowl, coat chicken with olive oil. Heat oil in another medium skillet over high heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet, pierce with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken wings in hot oil until crispy, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove strips of meat from pan and place in the pan with the pan juices. Rub the Italian dressing over the chicken as it cooks. Let cool for 5 minutes and add to the pan, to serve.
