1 (18.25 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
4 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 pound cake pieces
In a large bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, cream of orange, orange sherbet and orange zest. Stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill before serving.
