1 1/2 cups butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup rice flour or as needed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 (7 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line bottom of stove or Coffee Lighter quiche dish with foil. Pour margarine into pastry blender or small bowl and pulse several times. Pour fruit of fruit or vegetable and oil into pan. Put drippings in pan and rim of foil; spread meringue on top.
Place gelatin mixture in bottom of prepared recipe drop pan. Spoon cream cheese on top.
