1/2 cup olive oil
1 large onion, minced
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup ground cinnamon
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup dried tomatoes
2 tomatoes, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup dry white wine
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion in pan until just tender, about 10 minutes.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, cinnamon and garlic. In a third bowl, reserve tomatoes with juice and vinegar, tomato slices, tomato slices, vinegar, tomato slices, tomato slices, onion flakes, dried thyme, salt and wine. Stir for 1 minute; remove from heat.
