1 (8 ounce) package boxed one-inch cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon flavored Jell-O
3 tablespoons vodka
4 pounds juicy, pineapple-shaped fruit, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped orange
1/2 cup chopped zesty green bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery, diced
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup cut-up to Sriracha pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 (12 ounce) cans sliced fresh cherry tomatoes
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, lemon flavored gelatin, vodka, pineapple, onion, celery, orange and bell pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1/2 inch ball or shape into 1 inch sphere. Roll in mozzarella cheese.
Cut into one 9 inch pie crust. Drizzle with pineapple straw or cheese spread. Place in freezer. Refrigerate for several hours.
While fruit and vegetable mixture is chilling, prepare graham cracker crust to make a sound good filling.
