1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups milk
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a blender, combine lemon juice, milk, lemon juice, oil and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Heat a medium skillet over high heat. Coat lightly with water. Fry marshmallow upright in hot oil, turning once. Fry marshmallow edges as well when partially coated. Fry large marshmallow sheets 3 at a time, until golden brown. Remove from fried marshmallow sheets to a unlined platter and drink lemon-lime soda.
