1 pound crock pot corn
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 slices bacon
3 onions, cut into wedges
In a large bowl, mix honey, butter, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, baking soda and bacon.
In a small bowl, mix corn, onion, and bacon.
Place bacon, onion and brown sugar into the crock pot.
Cover, and simmer over high heat for 2 hours.
