1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root (optional)
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sliced fresh mushrooms
Combine white sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and ginger root in large wooden bowl. Place some sliced mushrooms in the center, and a hole in the middle of each one. Pour one tablespoon of sour cream over each mushroom slice. Dip sliced mushrooms in orange juice to taste. Top mushroom weighted portions with remaining sour cream.
