1 cup butter
3/8 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can marshmallow creme
3 tablespoons green candy corn syrup
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coffee liqueur
1 (3 ounce) package instant or frozen chocolate pudding
In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat; pour into a large bowl. Beat egg, sugar, 3/8 cup of marshmallow creme, and green candy corn syrup in medium bowl by hand until well blended. Stir in water, vanilla extract, and coffee liqueur. Pour mixture into the cake batter, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
