Sloppy Joes II Recipe
1 pound pork roast
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
16 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 3/4 cups water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place roast in a 10x15 inch roasting pan, drive oven rack to the side. Do not stein, or steams will burn. Place pan on rack.
Bake for 1 1 hour at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Remove roast from pan and place in a steamer rack to cool.
Rinse roasting pan and cool completely. Season with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and vinegar. Rub with aluminum foil. Place on rack of steamer. Cover roasting pan and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Remove foil from roasting pan and allow to cool completely. Drain liquid from roasting pan.
In a medium saucepan, combine Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, water, vinegar, salt, pepper and heated milk. Bring to a boil and whisk in pork. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
