Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/3 cup vegetable oil

5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

Melt brown sugar, stirring occasionally, in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir together sugar, egg, salt, soy sauce and oil. Leave mixture covered while stirring. Place chicken in skillet.

Pour mixture into a shallow dish. Sprinkle with chicken. Pour marinated marinade over chicken.

Heat oil in skillet. Saute chicken until golden brown. Turn chicken pieces, turning frequently so that they do not brown all over. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Followed the recipe exactly, [so I felt entitled to actually review the recipe though! I used Merry Maid to whip up these biscuits, and they turned out very well. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling your pork chops, as some Chinese cooking methods (including ours) might not be kosher. Our family went back to China shortly after I got this recipe, and I can vouch that it is absolutely delicious! The next time I make this it will probably be for wonton soup, so good luck!
