1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pint heavy whipping cream
In a small saucepan combine white vinegar, lemon extract, salt and whipping cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches desired consistency. Continue stirring until thickened. Serve over ice cream crackers fudge or raspberry cheesecake slides.
