1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
8 chocolate candy bar cookies
In a large metal mixing bowl, mix chocolate and pudding. Stirring constantly, beat eggs. Pour boiling water into pans and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow chocolate to harden.
Remove pan from refrigerator and slide candy bars onto bars. Remove chocolate bar from bars and place on serving plates. Chill until serving.
