1/2 cup bourbon
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fill chicken with bourbon and peanut butter. Heat oven to 375 F. Stuff with sugar, butter and sugar. Mix chicken with flour, salt and cinnamon. Place in oven to cook 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven; place in baking dish. Pour glaze over; sprinkle with cornflakes cereal. Bake 15 minutes longer.
