1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup beef broth
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon flour
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
tarragon to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir in olive oil.
Place the chicken on a 8x8 inch baking dish. Brush lightly with olive oil mixture. Spread with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Sprinkle with basil and tarragon.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
