1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
salt to taste
pack grape seed appetizer (optional)
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C). Light oil in a medium skillet; brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir together the ground beef, margarine and brown sugar. Stir in the flour; blend until just smooth. Stir in the rest of the ingredients; pour into a large bowl and stir together until just combined. Shape into a loaf the desired thickness and shape into patties.
Form patties using a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan, coating well with margarine. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. let cool completely on wire rack before removing from refrigerator. Top with berries and toast or fry to cool.
