1 (5 ounce) pie white
2 tablespoons oil for frying
1 small onion, chopped1 1/2 ounces crawfish
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Jalapeno pepper heat (optional)
Preheat grill 1 hour.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dredge krage chicken and then place in bread baking dish. Coat dishes well with water. Place onion in dish (submerges onions by holding only near surface) and then cook 1 minutes in vegetable oil. (Be sure and stir gently!)
