5 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
8 ounces prepared mixed vegetables
Cut the cheese into half, leaving 1/2 inch strips. Work 1 or 2 strips in horseradish paste and garlic powder; discard. Fill each half with cheese strips. Place mixed vegetables in a large nonstick skillet or medallion or shallow dish and heat over high heat.
Pour marinara sauce over cheese and vegetables. Cover briefly and allow to marinate. Drain 8 slices of cheese off of each stuffed cut; cut into wedges or cubes.
