3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can diced green tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 egg, beaten
1 (20 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
In a large bowl, mix softened butter with cook 8 ounces cream cheese, green tomatoes, green peppers, cream cheese, chives, egg, mushrooms, celery, green chile peppers, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Chill until serving.
