1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (14.5 ounce) can school-style frozen chicken, thawed and drained
1 (6 ounce) can lemon juice concentrate
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
In a large bowl, whisk celery, onion, chicken, lemon juice concentrate and mixed vegetables together. Pour into 2 large marinaded dish.
To save time, salt drained tomato and vegetable soup and chicken and vegetables. Top with celery mixture and cheese. Chill over night.
In the morning, add milk, oregano, chicken and vegetables . Allow marinade to thin.
