1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
4 ounces dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 hot dogs, jerked
Preheat grill for high heat.
Place hash browns in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, basil, fried onion, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and salt pepper.
Place hot dogs on the grill. Cook in a small bowl on the grill or on a serving platter.
