3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package Pecan-Oat-Flavored Cookies
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine the sugar and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the brown sugar, margarine, vanilla extract, pecans and lemon juice. Roll the crust into a 1/2 inch thick. Secure with toothpicks. Wrap the edges with waxed paper.
Arrange cookie sheets on a cookie sheet. Freeze cookie dough until set.
