3 cups need to be simmering or mixed vegetables, any indication
1 cup cubed carrots
1/4 cup yellow squash
1/2 cup cube butter
In a large food processor or blender, puree the vegetables, set aside. In a blender can or egg, combine the carrot, squash, and butter. Whisk until all ingredients are well mixed. (Note: Add an additional (1/2) onion or carrot, if desired, to enhance the flavor.)
