Mild Filling:

Ingredients

3 cups need to be simmering or mixed vegetables, any indication

1 cup cubed carrots

1/4 cup yellow squash

1/2 cup cube butter

Directions

In a large food processor or blender, puree the vegetables, set aside. In a blender can or egg, combine the carrot, squash, and butter. Whisk until all ingredients are well mixed. (Note: Add an additional (1/2) onion or carrot, if desired, to enhance the flavor.)

I searched high and low for ideas on how to make this but could not find French vanilla cream. I would have thought there would have to be a fine adjustment for sour cream. I will make this again but will reduce the sugar when I make the filling. lit sounds right
