1 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a blender, mix together milk, lime juice, lemon zest, vinegar, garlic powder, parsley and pepper. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Spread a layer of sauce over dried shrimp balls and mix in red bean dip. Shape into 1 inch balls and serve in small squares or bowls. Cut thicknesses with Trense and serve hot.
