This recipe is really good. It required some experimenting. I first used Prego powder which is a powder of chicory and wasabi. It seemed to work very well. I used yellow miso paste and used purple miso paste for the tofu and added zuccini, mushrooms and garlic. Not knock-your-socks-off-good, but pretty-good-for-a-quick-dinner-good!

Good quality and easy to make. I am particularly pleased with the garlic powder since I usually use garlic powder for my cooking. The texture was good--maybe a little too grainy, but overall a good sandwich and good way to start a meal.
