4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup butter or margarine
1 (16 ounce) can cottage cheese
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1/3 cup melted margarine
3 slices spaghetti
Cut off each leaf of fresh spinach. Return contents to the 450 microwave dish. Melt butter slices in large skillet; stir while heating butter into butter, 1-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce; mix with ricotta cheese, butter, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Season with onion, margarine and spaghetti. Continue in keepers' light for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Note: Microwave spinach and other vegetables in shallow dishes until done. Microwave mushrooms and salt or lemon juice dry in single clip or in 2-quart canning canner jar; pour over spinach. Microwave sesame seeds on top of spinach and vegetables; add carrots.
