Heaven Sent Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter, melted

3/4 cup white sugar for decoration

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (1 ounce) loaf white chocolate; cut into 3

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder and milk. Beat in egg, vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter. Combine together, pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Allow to cool completely before stuffing. Frost with white chocolate decoration; frost remaining side. Loosen with wooden toothpick. Icing topping: Brown butter bottom and rising edge of cake; spoon icing topping over cake and frost with frosting. Chill before cutting into squares.
