Baby Back Rib Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) layers broiler chicken, cut into chunks

2 slices bacon, diced

1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons onion salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage

6 sheets sliced fresh mushrooms

6 cups whole milk cheese, cubed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Place the chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish. Brush evenly with tomato paste and onion salt, pepper and rosemary, sage and basil.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Top with mushrooms. Season with rosemary, sage, basil and thyme.

Bake for about 10 more minutes, or until chicken is very crispy and juices run clear.

Place kitchen knife and steak file in dish. Place mushrooms on broiler pan. Pour Broiler Sauce over chicken. Bake for 3 hours in the preheated oven, turning once.

Remove pan from oven and let cool, cut into pieces and serve.
