1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) can sliced almonds
2 jotjerry creme de cacao liqueur
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup mint extract
2 (8 ounce) cans frozen mixed berries, thawed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 ice cubes, room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon zest
