1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
2 slices Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cube cream cheese, softened
In a large bowl, mix peaches, cheese and sour cream. Drain well and chill in refrigerator.
Mix peaches and cheese in small bowl. Place in medium bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Store salad covered in refrigerator at least 2 hours, or overnight. Cut out peaches and slice.
To assemble salad, press left over peaches onto bottom of large bowl. Place 1/2 of the pecans on the bottom of a large bowl, surrounding pecans. Pour pecans over salad in bowl. Cover; refrigerate salad over night to chill.
