3 slices Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sliced Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl. Mix together and arrange over the bottom of the quiche mold.
Place the onions, Monterey Jack cheese and Swiss cheese in separate baggages. Shape each into a sandwich, roll up onto an expensive pizza stone, and place on top. Secure with a toothpick.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before serving. Top quiche with cheese and cheese.
