Pecan Praline Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 1/4 cups butter, softened

3 eggs

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch pie pans.

Make the pecan crusts: In a large bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, butter and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Slowly beat in lemon juice, orange juice, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour mixture into baked pastry shells. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
